قبل ما يزيد على 50 عاماً كانت الحياة في دبي قائمة على الصيد والبحث عن اللؤلؤ في الخليج العربي وبعض الأعمال التجارية وكانت الموارد في ذلك الوقت تكاد تكون غير متوفرة وظروف المعيشة قاسية بالرغم من كل هذه الصعوبات استطاع المغفور له –بإذن الله- السيد عبدالله علي بن حيدر ان يشاهد في ذلك تحدي له بأن يجد موارد وفرص جديدة للوصول الى حياة افضل بدأ بالبحث عن طرق اخرى لكسب الرزق في تلك الفترة كان كل مايمتلكه هو القليل من الخبرة التي اكتسبها من ابيه.
استطاع المغفور له –بإذن الله- السيد عبدالله علي بن حيدر بحنكته وتحليله الدقيق لواقع الاعمال في ذلك الوقت ان يستفيد من الفرصة المتاحة بتأسيس ورشة متخصصة في ميكانيكا السيارات عام ( 1972 ).
في عام ( 1975 ) تم تأسيس اول شركة من شركات مجموعة بن حيدر باسم شركة )بن حيدر للنقليات(، ومع التطور في الأعمال أدى ذلك تدريجيا الى إنشاء ثاني شركات مجموعة بن حيدر باسم شركة )عبدالله علي بن حيدر للتجارة العامة( وذلك عام ) 1978 (، في عام ) 1982 ( كانت )الإمارات للخراطة الميكانيكية للآليات الثقيلة( هي ثالث شركات مجموعة بن حيدر.
بعد هذه النجاحات والاعمال استطاع المغفور له –بإذن الله- السيد عبدالله علي بن حيدر تأسيس نواة مجموعة بن حيدر وكان هنالك ايضا شراء اراضي وبناء مستودعات في دبي والشارقة وتوفي رحمه الله في ( 1985 )

More than 50 years ago, life in Dubai was based on hunting and pearl diving in the Arabian Gulf, and some trading businesses. Resources were hardly available and living conditions were harsh. Despite all these difficulties, the late Mr. Abdulla Ali Bin Haidar had the vision to see this as a challenge for him to find new resources and opportunities to reach a better life. He began looking for other ways to earn a living in that period. His precious little asset was a little of the experience that he gained from his father.
The late Mr. Abdulla Ali Bin Haidar, with his skill and careful analysis of the business reality at that time, was able to take advantage of the opportunity to establish a specialized workshop in automotive mechanics in 1972.
In 1975, the first company of the Bin Haidar Group was established, by the name of Bin Haidar Transport Company. As the business progressed, it gradually led to the establishment of the second company of Bin Haidar Group in the name of Abdulla Bin Haidar General Trading Company (1978). In 1982, the United Arab Emirates Mechanical Lathe for Heavy Machinery became the third company of the Bin Haidar Group.
After these successes and progressive endeavours, the late Mr. Abdulla Ali Bin Haidar was able to establish the nucleus of Ben Haidar Group.
There was also the purchase of land and the construction of warehouses in Dubai and Sharjah, before he passed away after his worldly endeavours, in God's mercy, in 1985.

تجاوز عمر مجموعتنا الخمسين عاما ، بدأت بجهود مؤسس المجموعة الوالد المغفور له –بإذن الله- عبدالله علي بن حيدر . حافلة بنشاط دائم وتجديد مستمر حتى وصلت الى الجيل الثاني من العائلة.
ومع الجهود التى بذلت من قبل العاملين المخلصين بشركات المجموعة وخبراتهم المتنوعة تكونت لدى المجموعة خبرات متنوعة وإمكانيات جيدة مع علاقات متعددة استطاعت المجموعة من خلالها تنفيذ العديد من المشاريع المحلية والدولية برضاء تام وسعادة من العملاء. وقد كانت شركات مجموعتنا من اوئل الشركات التى عملت بمشاريع دولية. وما يسرني ويسعدني هو استمرار شركات المجموعة بحماس الشباب وخبرات ودعم الكبار والإمكانيات الممتازة بتوفر اتصال فعال بينهم ولكن بوتيرة أسرع.

Through these, the Group has been able to implement many local and international projects, resulting in the utmost satisfaction and happiness of its customers. Our group companies were among the first to work on international projects. I am pleased and delighted to carry on the legacy of the group companies, inspired and fueled by the enthusiasm of bright young people and the experience and support of adults and the excellent possibilities of effective communication between them, but at a faster pace; and with the blessings of The Almighty, we will ensure that our journey is successful always.

هذا الكيان الذي كانت بدايته الأولى بسيطة - في أوائل السبعينيات من القرن الماضي –
و بمجموعة قليلة من الموارد ، ثم تراكمت الخبرات والامكانيات وتطورت حتى أصبحت مجموعة عبدالله علي بن حيدر من الشركات الإماراتية القليلة التي ساهمت في تنفيذ مشاريع دولية بالاضافة الى مساهمتها الكبيرة في تنفيذ كثير من المشاريع الريادية في دولتنا الحبيبة على امتداد زاد عن ٥٠ عام .
وبقدر فخر مجموعتنا بمؤسسها الأول المغفور له –بإذن الله- الوالد عبدالله علي بن حيدر، فنحن ممتنين لسواعد الرجال من الجيل الأول والثاني الذين ساهموا في إقامة هذه المجموعة على أسس راسخة .

This entity, whose early beginnings were simple - in the early 1970s - with a limited set of resources and accumulated experience and possibilities and developed until Abdulla Ali Bin Haidar Group became one of the few UAE companies that have contributed to the implementation of international projects in addition to its significant contribution to the implementation of many pioneering projects in our beloved country for more than 50 years.
To the extent that our group is proud of its first founder, the father, Abdulla Ali Bin Haidar. We are grateful to the men of the first and second generations who contributed to establishing this group on a solid foundation.

تمتد علاقتي بمجموعة بن حيدر منذ حوالي ستة عشر عاما منذ ان شرفت بالانضمام للمجموعة كمدير عام وعلى الرغم من عملي مع العديد من الشركات العالمية والاحتكاك المتواصل معها الا ان مجموعة بن حيدر لها ما يميزها في مجال العمل بالاضافة الى عراقة المجموعة وتاريخها حيث ان السيد / علي عبدالله بن حيدر رئيس مجلس ادارة المجموعة قادر على نشر جو من الحب والالفة بين العاملين مما يجعل كل من يعمل في تلك الشركات سواء من الشركاء او العاملين يشعر بانه جزء من هذا الكيان وانه ينتمي اليه وينتمي له. هذا بالاضافة الى الطموح الغير محدود للسيد / علي عبدالله بن حيدر والذي جعلنا نخترق مجالات لم يتطرق اليها احد ونمتلك ونشارك في شركات ومصانع متعدده بانشطة مختلفة وهذا التنوع الرائع والراقي في اختيار مجالات العمل اعطانا جميعا ثراء وزخما هذا بالاضافة طبعا الى عبىء إدارة التنوع ولكنه عبئا محببا لنا جميعا ولا أكون مبالغا إذا قلت أني اشعر أنني احد الشركاء في المجموعة لان علاقة الاخوة الصادقة التي تجمعني بالسيد / علي عبدالله بن حيدر والسيد / طارق عبدالله بن حيدر علاقة صادقة وممتدة وأسال الله ان يوفقنا جميعا الى كل الخير والنجاح حتى يستلم الجيل الثالث الراية وهي من خير الى خير.

My relation with Bin Haidar Group is started 16 years ago when I start working with Mr. Ali Bin Haidar as general manager, in spite of working as a business developer consultant for few international corporations but working with Bin Haidar Group is very especial. Mr. Ali Bin Haidar our Chairman has the ability of spreading and creating cheerful and love atmosphere among the our crew, which makes every one from the partners and employees feels that he is a part from this corporate and that he belongs to it. Mr. Bin Haidar has an extraordinary ambitious which makes us penetrating new and remarkable fields which people in our Middle East territory find it strange, this makes us establish, participate and associate in so many businesses, factories and companies. This variation and diversified business which we have gives us richness and incredible experience regardless the extraordinary effort which we are paying to manage such diversified portfolio but it is a nice and entreating effort because every minute you have something new. I am not exaggerating saying that I feel as the owner of the Group as the true brotherhood relation which I have with Ali and Tarek Bin Haidar for such long time gives me this feeling and we are all praying that Allah may help us till we deliver this successful business to the third generation much better than we have received.
